The Vice-Chancellor of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, has received the Chief Executive Officer of Agri-Impact Limited, Mr. Dan Fahene Acquaye.

Mr. Acquaye, who was accompanied by some board members, noted that their visit was to inspect the greenhouse project sites, poultry, and other agricultural initiatives located across the university campus, as well as to explore further partnership opportunities.
Expressing his admiration for the strides made in sustainable agriculture and innovative food production, Mr. Acquaye commended KNUST for its commitment to advancing agritech initiatives and training the next generation of agripreneurs.
He assured the Vice-Chancellor of Agri-Impact’s continued support in expanding these projects, particularly by providing technical expertise, refurbishing old structures for the expansion of the poultry project, and offering funding opportunities to scale up the greenhouse project.

Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson expressed her gratitude to Mr. Acquaye and Agri-Impact Limited for their partnership and called for the establishment of more greenhouse projects on campus.
“This is a great and impactful investment, and a practical way to address national development challenges. We are always open to partnering on more projects,” the Vice-Chancellor emphasized.
